Ситуация со стрельбой, оскорбительными словами и избиением волонтера в СМИ описывалась в основном со слов потерпевшего. Однако обвиняемый чиновник не отрицал факт конфликта с использованием огнестрельного оружия, хотя и не желал дальше комментировать его на камеру без своего адвоката.
Пострадавшим был Игорь Гудзенко, представитель волонтерской организации, который принес в мэрию гуманитарную помощь, предназначенную для ВСУ, – в основном это были карематы, то есть специальные коврики, которые делают более комфортным сон на твердой поверхности. Тогда возник конфликт, начались взаимные оскорбления и стрельба в воздух. Это произошло 7 апреля 2023 года. Гудзенко является жителем Немирова, и после инцидента он вызвал полицию.
В репортаже на “Общественном” сообщали некоторые подробности. По словам волонтера, у него уже были натянутые отношения с городским головой, он хотел с ним не пересекаться и уйти. Однако, когда услышал за спиной крики и оскорбления со стороны мэра, развернулся и начал с ним словесную перепалку.
— Я защищался: подставлял свою ногу, чтобы блокировать удары. Очень хотел его ударить. Было трудно удержаться. Но понимал, что нахожусь на территории городского совета в невыигрышной позиции. Я просто молча стоял, улыбался, провоцируя еще больше его агрессию. Сказал, что это все, на что он способен, что он душевнобольной человек, что ему нужно лечиться. Практически весь разговор был такими словами, какими пошел российский корабль, – объяснил Гудзенко.

Его оправдали «из-за нехватки доказательств» по этому делу, а также немного смягчили приговор за служебную халатность при проведении ремонта в детских садах. Ранее его приговорили к тюремному заключению на 2 года 10 месяцев, в июле 2011-го в Апелляционном суде наказание заменили на условное, а осенью амнистировали.
Избиение официантки
Еще раньше, в 2002 году, в баре под управлением Виктора Качура возникла нехватка денег на сумму 2600 грн. Хозяин заведения решил, что это произошло по вине официантки Наталии Кречик, работавшей там. По свидетельству женщины, ее работодатель, используя угрозы и применяя грубую физическую силу, заставил написать расписку. В ней отмечалось, что Наталья якобы заняла у жены Качура 2600 гривен и обещает вернуть деньги до конца месяца.
Свидетелем ситуации стала маленькая дочь официантки. Также женщина из-за многочисленных побоев попала на три недели в больницу. В 2007 году Виктору Качуру удалось «замять» то дело, но потерпевшая и ее ребенок долго не могли оправиться от душевных ран. Очевидно, списать такие действия на заказ или провокацию было трудно, однако договориться удалось. Впрочем, по словам представителей правоохранительных органов, поведение будущего мэра всегда было крайне дерзким и гонористым.
