Друга світова війна: підпільні групи спротиву на Вінниччині

Якщо говорити про рух спротиву окупації, то найчастіше він буває не явним, а підпільним. Під час Другої світової війни на Вінниччині теж багато хто збагнув, що занадто прямолінійними діями можна лише зашкодити, пише сайт yes-vinnytsia.com.ua. І став діяти більш обачно, не привертаючи увагу до себе і своїх спільників. Далі розповідаємо, які конкретно рухи спротиву були в Україні у 1941-44 рр., як вони діяли і з яким результатом.

Підпілля і радянська влада

Радянська влада стала займатись організацією підпілля здебільшого вже з травня 1942 року, коли нацисти добре облаштувалися на Вінниччині. До кінця 1944 р. в Україну відправили близько 40 тисяч комуністів і приблизно 11,5 тисяч комсомольців. Але більшість з них діяли в північних лісових районах УРСР. У Вінниці ж, як і в багатьох промислових містах, основою антифашистського підпілля було місцеве населення.

Щоб керувати групами спротиву централізовано, комуністична партія створила орган, названий ЦК КП(б)У. Мережа підпільної діяльності охопила значну частину України, зокрема й Вінниччину. У першій фазі війни основні зусилля були скеровані на організацію саботажів і диверсій, а під її завершення – на військову підтримку радянської армії.

Підпільні групи, що діяли під керівництвом комуністів, вдавалися до таких методів:

  • агітація й пропаганда;
  • вербування нових членів;
  • поширення потрібних чуток і ідей;
  • саботаж;
  • диверсії;
  • терор;
  • сприяння діяльності партизан;
  • збройне повстання;
  • збір розвідувальних відомостей.

В області ще в перші місяці війни було створено сім підпільних райкомів компартії: Теплицький, Чечельницький, Джулинський, Комсомольский, Барський, Самгородоцький, Монастирищенський. До діяльності в підпільних і диверсійних групах залучено близько 1300 активістів, створено більше 170 партизанських об’єднань. Але через швидку окупацію нормально розгорнути діяльність їм не вдалося. Багато хто загинув у перші дні боротьби, між групами і їхніми ватажками не було єдності та ефективної взаємодії.

Приклади груп спротиву

З перших днів окупації у Вінниці виникали місцеві підпільні організації й угрупування. Часто вони з’явилися на підприємствах, заводах і всередині різних робочих колективів: при райспоживспілці, на залізниці та в її майстернях, на м’ясокомбінаті, на електростанції. Історики нарахували 17 підпільних організацій і груп, які, щоправда, діяли розрізнено.

Найактивнішою була підпільна група під проводом Івана Васильовича Бевза зі штаб-квартирою на вулиці Депутатській. Допомагали діячу, зокрема Семен (він же – Всеволод) Левенець, Ігор Войцеховський, а з 1942 року – Лариса Ратушна. Войцеховський і Ратушна агітували молодь, розповсюджували листівки, робили фальшиві німецькі документи. Бевз і Левенець формували інші підпільні групи, вербуючи новачків, налагоджували зв’язки з патріотами, організовували втечу військовополонених з метою залучення їх до партизанських загонів.

Дещо складно було діяти підпіллю з огляду на наявність поруч із Вінницею гітлерівської ставки “Вервольф”. Там завжди було багато есесівців, гестапівців, жандармів і шпигунів. Проте опір не припинявся, хоча його учасники мусили бути обережними.

Ще однією цікавою групою добровольців були 12 підлітків, що діяли під проводом учителя історії П. П. Мельника. Вони розклеювали листівки, а також викрадали боєприпаси, зброю, їжу і медикаменти, щоб передати партизанам. У 1943 році представники групи покинули місто, щоб влитися до лав партизанського загону імені Богуна. Однак багато членів вона втратила у зіткненнях з німцями, а дехто був страчений гестапівцями.

Націоналістична гілка

Також у Вінниці діяла націоналістична гілка Руху Опору, яка виступала за створення незалежної Української держави. Вона складалася здебільшого зі студентів педагогічного і медичного інститутів, а називалась “Союз українського націоналістичного студентства” (скорочено – СУНС). Ці активісти проводили національно-патріотичну роботу, створювали творчі гуртки, відзначали деякі важливі історичні для України події. 

До певного моменту німці навіть сприяли діяльності спілки (бо заохочували все антирадянське), але згодом помітили, що вона веде опозиційну діяльність. Тож розпочались арешти і страти. Так, під арешт потрапили Борис Левкович, Ірина Підлужна і деякі студенти, які підтримували оунівців. Є версія, що так швидко ліквідувати цю групу допоміг зрадник-провокатор. Він не лише знав її членів, а й розвідав усе про конспіративну мережу. 

Зрештою навесні 1943 року з націоналістичного підпілля на Вінниччині майже нікого не залишилось. Ті одиниці, які вціліли, приєдналися до вінницького загону УПА, яким керував Омелян Грабець. Вони воювали з усіма ворожими силами: нацистами, Червоною армією, партизанами, які були на боці радянської влади.

Безпосередньо перед визволенням найбільший вплив у підпіллі мали так звані народні месники – ті самі партизани, але вже більш активні, згуртовані, рішучі. На початку 1944 року в області нараховувалось 6 з’єднань, 11 загонів і груп чисельністю понад 8500 членів. Саме ця сила разом з Червоною армією найбільше посприяла звільненню території Вінниччини на фінальній стадії війни.
