Один із найбільших вінницьких бунтів стався у грудні 2014 року. Тоді про мітинг розповіли навіть у новинах, проте активісти зазначили, що не все було так страшно, як це піднесли кореспонденти, пише сайт yes-vinnytsia.com.ua. Про конфлікт та що ж все-таки сталося нижче.
Чому виник конфлікт та як пройшов бунт?
Конфлікт спалахнув у момент, коли більшість депутатів місцевої обласної ради вирішила усунути з посади голову ради, а саме Сергія Свитка. Він був членом фракції “Батьківщина” та активним учасником Майдану. Саме його обрали головою обласної ради у лютому 2014 року. Більшість її представників, що виступали проти нього, містила колишніх учасників фракції Партії регіонів, а також членів фракцій “Єдність” і “Совість України”. Остання, до речі, тісно була пов’язана з відомим політичним діячем Володимиром Гройсманом. Депутати обвинувачували голову ради в неспроможності організувати роботу ради, у перетворенні її засідань на політичне шоу та відсутності здатності до компромісів. Сам Свитко зазначав, що вимагають його відставки через ініційовані ним кримінальні справи, включаючи справи проти представників вищезгаданих фракцій. Також через звільнення керівників комунальних підприємств Вінниччини.
На суботнє засідання обласної ради прийшли кілька сотень прихильників Свитка, але їхню спробу вступити в приміщення ради зупинили правоохоронці. Після штовханини та хаосу голова ради закрив засідання. Деякі мітингувальники врізалися всередину будівлі, пошкодивши один із кабінетів і навіть забравши сміттєвий бак до кабінету губернатора, виражаючи намір “люструвати” його. Наприкінці дня всі активісти залишили приміщення обласної адміністрації. Під час бунту було вибито 4 шибки, проте їх одразу ж вставили назад. Спочатку учасники зазначали, що ніхто не постраждав і серйозних ушкоджень не було помічено в жодного мітингувальника. Але згодом виявилося, що потерпілих всього було тринадцятеро: 8 міліціонерів та 5 активістів.
Хто винен?
Губернатор Анатолій Олійник стверджував, що приміщення Обласної Державної Адміністрації було захоплене “озброєними групами бойовиків”. У своїй заяві він наголосив, що під час проведення Антитерористичної Операції та фактичної агресії з боку Росії, основним методом російських спецслужб є розжигання ситуації всередині України. Підтвердженням цього є те, що кілька російських телеканалів використали кадри від вінницьких подій, використовуючи їх як підтвердження нестабільності в Україні. У відповідь на запитання журналістів, щодо того чи присутній “російський слід” у конфлікті, губернатор Вінниччини Олійник продемонстрував роздруківку статті з Вікіпедії. Там було написано про російського спортсмена Сергія Бадюка, що народився в Україні та служив у спецназі ГРУ, КДБ та ФСБ з 1988 по 1997 рік. Після того, він сказав, що Бадюк добре знайомий з екс-депутатом Верховної Ради Олегом Царьовим, а також з Віктором Малиновським, колишнім десантником, який був активістом на Майдані. Останнього бачили під час мітингу поблизу Обласної Державної Адміністрації.
Наступного дня відбулося ще одне віче, в якому взяв участь голова обласної ради, Сергій Свитко. Він назвав розглянуту сесію, на якій його планували відправити у відставку, “спробою реваншу антиукраїнських сил” і висловив пропозицію президентові про звільнення губернатора. Під час завершення мітингу ініціативу захопили місцеві представники партії “Свобода”. Оскільки на той момент віче вже висловило свою підтримку відставці Анатолія Олійника, громаді було запропоновано висунути голову обласної структури “Свободи”, Олексія Фурмана, як кандидата на наступний пост губернатора. Представники партії “Свобода” зазначили, що розголошений фейк стосовно їхньої причетності до подій спеціально поширили ЗМІ, близькі до теперішньої міської влади з метою дискредитації учасників події та партії.
Як допоміг батальйон “Айдар”
У понеділок до участі у вирішенні “вінницького конфлікту” долучився батальйон “Айдар”. Слова комбата Сергія Мельничука, який тоді активно боровся з мародерством та вів пошуки псевдобійців Антитерористичної операції, були вагомими. Після отримання повідомлення про захоплення держустанов у Вінниці, він прибув до свого рідного міста і зазначив: “Вінниця – це моє рідне місто, і я не хочу, щоб воно перетворилося у ще один Донецьк чи Луганськ”.
В приміщенні Обласної Державної Адміністрації представники батальйону “Айдар” виявили впевненість, перекривши доступ журналістам до кулуарів, у яких Сергій Мельничук проводив зустріч із представниками громадських організацій, що взяли участь у бунті. Група активістів заявили, що вони є просто “робочою групою” і обрали Сергія Мельничука головою. Під час довгих обговорень було визначено, які прохання стосовно вирішення “вінницької кризи” подати Верховній Раді.
Серед усіх пунктів найбільше суперечок викликав той, що рекомендував відправити у відставку губернатора Олійника. Сам він не був готовий добровільно подати таку заяву.
Остаточний варіант документу був підписаний активістами пізно увечері. У цьому документі, окрім іншого, закликали гарантувати імунітет від кримінального та адміністративного переслідування всім учасникам подій, що відбулися в грудні 2014 року.
