22 грудня в Україні відбулися вибори депутатів сільських, селищних, міських рад ОТГ та відповідних сільських, селищних, міських голів. Суттєвих порушень на території країни не було зафіксовано. Як повідомляє Національна поліція Вінниччини, в області вибори відбувалися в Калинівському, Барському, Козятинському, Томашпільському та Вінницькому районах. Голосування на всіх 33 дільничних виборчих комісіях розпочалось вчасно та без порушень. Детальніше на yes-vinnytsia.
Як відомо, на Вінниччині перші місцеві вибори в трьох новоутворених об’єднаних територіальних громадах (ОТГ):
- Войнашівська сільська ОТГ (Барський район);
- Гавришівська сільська ОТГ (Вінницький район);
- Махнівська сільська ОТГ (Козятинський район).
Мешканці області обирали нових депутатів сільської, селищної, міської ради ОТГ та відповідного сільського, селищного, міського голів.
Явка виборців та результати
Як повідомляє Центральна виборча комісія на своїй фейсбук-сторінці, явка виборців на перших місцевих виборах станом на 12:00 становила від 4,4% до 35% у різних регіонах, станом на 15:00 – від 14% до 54%. Зокрема Махнівська ОТГ увійшла до переліку лідерів за цим показником. Станом на 15:00 тут проголосували 50% виборців.
Вищі показники явки зафіксовано в Житомирській області (у Старосілецькій сільській ОТГ явка склала 54%); Хмельницькій (у Сахновецькій сільській ОТГ – 54%, у Сахновецькій сільській ОТГ – 53,3%), Чернігівській область (у Понорницькій селищній ОТГ – 53%, у Талалаївській сільській ОТГ – 51%, у Сухополов’янській сільській ОТГ – 50%), Волинській (у Доросинівській сільській ОТГ – 52%).
Як повідомляє Вінницька обласна державна адміністрація, перемогу в Гавришівській сільській ОТГ з результатом 86,83 % (2017 голосів) одержав самовисуванець Яклюшин Владислав Володимирович. Явка виборців склала 53,39%. У Махнівській сільській ОТГ із результатом 50% (1148 голосів) переміг самовисуванець Кузьмінський Павло Вікторович. Явка склала 54 %.
Головою Войнашівської сільської ОТГ стала представниця ПП «Слуга Народу» Шевчук Оксана Петрівна, з результатом у 25,8 % (578 голосів). Явка – 46,54 % виборців.
Як повідомляє Центральна виборча комісія, результати виборів депутатів у одномандатних виборчих округах, а також виборів сільського, селищного, міського голови мають бути встановлені не пізніш як на п’ятий день з дня голосування, тобто до 27 грудня 2019 року включно.
Порушення на виборчих дільницях
Як повідомляє Національна поліція України на своєму сайті, в день голосування до правоохоронців надійшло 45 повідомлень про порушення виборчого законодавства в кількох областях, один випадок – на Вінниччині.
Як повідомили вінницькі правоохоронці згодом, йшлося про порушення під час підрахунку бюлетенів. Зазначено, що під час перевірки повідомлення не підтвердилось. Нині поліціянти продовжують нести службу до закінчення роботи територіальних виборчих дільниць.
Нагадаємо, перші місцеві вибори в об’єднані територіальні громади відбулися 22 грудня у 86 ОТГ (69 сільських, 16 селищних, 1 міської) в 21 області України. Додаткові місцеві вибори – в 33 ОТГ (20 сільських, 13 селищних) в 17 областях.
